Abstract
This research paper is about how eating healthy is better than taking diet pills, and also how working out is healthier for you rather than steroids. I am going to explain the benefits of eating healthy and all the vitamins you would be able to get that you would not be able to while taking diet pills and visa versa. Also be explaining how working out is healthier for your body rather than taking steroids, and visa versa. There will also be a section describing what good effects that come from taking diet pills and steroids.
Introduction
I love to eat! The only problem is that I eat a lot of junk food and not enough fruit and vegetables. I have thought about taking diet pills because of my heating habits but I thought about it. I told my self no because its not like I look like I weigh 200 pounds, I look really thin but I have some muscle. I weigh just under 150 pounds, I also love to play sports! Running, dodge-ball, baseball, and soccer are some of my favorite sports. I believe that steroids are really bad for you because they destroy your body. I have always thought that steroids are really unhealthy and I always heard stories about peoples life's who get messed up because they did steroids to help them get really built. And has I was going up my P.E. coaches always said that steroids are horrible for your body and if you want to stay normal we suggest you don’t take steroids.
What is eating Healthy?
According to, breastcancer.org, eating healthy means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. So basically eating healthy is getting your fruit and vegetables.
What are the effects of diet pills? (good)
Its easy to say to other people “you need to lose weight” but if you are the one that needs to loose its really hard to loose just 50 pounds let alone 5.gets really hard. Diet pills are made to curb your appetite naturally. Its also not a long term pill you have to take, According to weightlossdietpills.org.

According to a reliable source ''A large percentage of these products(diet pills) either contain dangerous undeclared ingredients or they might be outright fraudulent on the ingredients and have no effect at all,'' said Michael Levy, the director of the F.D.A.'s division of New Drugs and Labeling Compliance. ''We don't think consumers should be using these products.'' Another thing that’s bad about the pill is that your body, after 6 months, gets used to the pill then the pill becomes useless because it dose not help you lose weight. What is working out?
According to Websters dictionary working out is Physical or mental effort or activity directed toward the production or accomplishment of something. So if you want to gain muscle mass you would work out tremendously to gain the muscle you want.
